Complete the fillable Registration Form below and email it to Info@PaxChristiChurch.org OR Print Registration Form, complete by hand, and return it to the parish office in person or via mail.
These registration forms can also be found at the parish office, as well as the hospitality room (next to the Gathering Space of the church).
After registering, we will ensure your information is securely entered into our ParishSoft system, as well as our Flocknote email communication system. If you have questions about your registration or if you aren't receiving our Friday morning parish emails, please contact the parish office!
After you register, a parishioner from our pastoral council will reach out to you to welcome you and see if you have any questions or prayer intentions. We will also mail you out a welcome packet after you are registered.

Restrooms are located in the southwest hallway (on the main floor and lower level)
The Hospitality Room next to our Gathering Area is available for nursing mothers
Hearing assisted devices can be found in the Hospitality Room
Activity bags for children are by each door
We welcome children in our worship space, but if needed, our family room is located in the southwest corner.
