This year at Pax Christi we are focusing in on Hospitality during this Year 1 phase of Mission Ignite Implementation. 

We began this year with the Hospitality Workshop on Saturday, October 4, led by Susan Windley-Daoust. You can view the materials from this workshop here: 

Alongside the Hospitality Workshop, we are working to renew or establish the following teams within the parish:

We are grateful for our ushers and greeters, which continue to be such an important ministry in our parish. 

• Hospitality Team
• Welcome Desk volunteers (we will be providing a training on this renewed ministry, as well as for current ushers and greeters, and those interested in helping with hospitality, in early 2026)
• Safety Team

Watch for changes coming soon in Advent 2025 with regard to the Welcome Desk in the gathering space. The Welcome Desk will be shifted over by the pillar, and there will be a Welcome sign hanging from the ceiling above the desk. The welcome desk volunteer will be crucial to help guide people and answer questions for visitors and parishioners alike before and after weekend Masses and key events.
