Middle School Service Week (info coming in February 2023 for Summer of 2023)
The Middle School Service Week is a week of service for middle school students (students
who will be in grades 6-8 in the following school year) who are hungry to impact their
world. While being rooted in the themes of Catholic Social Teaching, students will partcipate
in Mass, reflect on the theme, and engage in actvities. Then they will take it to the streets,
serving the people of Rochester as a concrete way of showing God’s love. The goal is to give
students an opportunity to draw closer to Jesus Christ while developing a heart to serve
those around them.

It begins with a retreat weekend filled with dynamic reflections, music, sacraments, adoration, small group dialogue, and prayer. Afterwards, the TEC community evolves into a network of support that both reinforces parish involvement and personal spiritual growth. TEC leads participants to integrate Christ’s Paschal Mystery (dying, rising, and going forth) at a time of passage through young adulthood. Visit this diocesan webpage for more information
Immaculate Heart of Mary Seminary Come and See Retreat

High School Service Trip (no trip offered in Summer of 2023)
The High School Service Trip is an annual opportunity offered by Pax Christi. It is open to any high school student, Catholic or otherwise, in grades 8-12 (during the school year before the summer trip). While there are many reasons parishes offer service trips, we are convinced that our main reason is because Christ has called us and has commissioned us to recognize the intrinsic dignity that resides in each and every person we meet.
